Returns
You have 28 calendar days to return your item from the date you received it, to be eligible for a return, your purchase must be unused and in the same condition you received it in (unless faulty), and you must have contacted us within 14 days of receipt.
All personalised items and sale items are non refundable unless faulty.
Refunds
Once we have received your return, we will inspect it and notify you by email of the status of your refund, if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit or debit card depending on your method of payment. This could take up to 5 days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, shipping costs are non refundable, Unless your item is returned due to being faulty, in this case we will refund your shipping cost once the item has been inspected.
